Project Execution Schedule
One of the most important documents for the project preparatory stage is a detailed master schedule approved by the Customer. It includes all stages of the project life cycle as well as all necessary works subject to their simultaneous execution.
Approved project execution plan, based on the concept selected by the Customer, determines the most efficient execution scheme for each stage. Modularity and consistency of the project schedule, clear definition of content, time characteristics and objectives of each stage provide for the possibility of introducing the required changes during any stage of works, thus ensuring the most flexible approach to execution of the project as a whole.
