Complex pre-commissioning
Reliable and uninterrupted functioning of any facility requires well-coordinated operation of all process systems and equipment, process control systems, information systems and software, utilities and other infrastructure. As early as at the preparatory stage of the complex pre-commissioning, a network schedule of preparatory and pre-commissioning works is developed and coordinated with the Customer. A detailed working plan is prepared based on the said schedule.
Complex pre-commissioning allows the Customer to have a self-contained facility ready for operation.
Pilot operation
If required, RusGazEngineering specialists can undertake facility pilot operation within the time-frame agreed with the Customer.
Commissioning
Upon completion of complex pre-commissioning or pilot operation, the facility is transferred to the Customer’s operation team. At that all relevant regional requirements of inspection authorities are taken into account. During facility transfer the Customer receives a full package of as-built documentation, including passports, certificates, technical descriptions, operation manuals, workstations manuals and all other documentation, required for the facility operation.
Personnel training
At the Customer’s request, we can undertake operation personnel training and certification that ensures qualified use of all process equipment and units performance capabilities in the future. The training can be conducted either on the field facility or in special training centers.
Guarantees and service
The company is responsible to the Customer for operational integrity and quality of all supplied equipment and materials, quality of works and functioning of the facility as a whole.
Reporting to the Customer
At each stage of the project the company commits to providing the Customer with complete information on the current state of the project.
