A tender among manufacturers is held according to the following criteria:
- the Customer’s recommendations;
- quality of manufacture;
- production facilities;
- previous experience of cooperation;
- manufacturing period
A careful study of manufacturing process schedule is done in order to make the final decision. It allows comparing the current manufacturer’s workload to the capability of handling the order within the scheduled timeframe. As a rule, the order for the entire scope of process equipment is split between several manufacturers.
Upon contract conclusion, the manufacturer provides the manufacturing schedule for approval. The manufacturing deadlines and quality are continuously monitored by the company’s specialists right at the factory. Check assembly and hydrotesting of units and modules are obligatorily performed at the factory.

The complexity of modern oil and gas industry facilities entails special requirements to the quality of process equipment components, off-plot facilities auxiliary equipment and construction materials. Procurement specialists will guarantee not only timely deliveries, but will also perform quality incoming inspection. Such confidence results from long experience of cooperation with manufacturers and suppliers of shut-off and control valves, instrumentation, PCS facilities, utilities, off-plot equipment and construction materials.
