The experience and qualification of the company allow constructing not only state-of-the-art facilities (example – Condensate Stabilization and Treatment Plant, II train, Tarasovskoye oil field, OJSC NK Rosneft), but also revamping of existing high-tech facilities without production process shutdown (Lokosovsky Gas Processing Plant, OJSC Lukoil).
Construction organization
Before proceeding to land use planning and management, a detailed method of work execution is developed, considering all regional environmental requirements and labor protection standards. The said method of work execution is developed subject to the field facility process characteristics. One of the integral parts of the method of work execution is a general construction master schedule, helping to reveal and eliminate all possible weak points and non-conformities already at the stage of the said schedule coordination with the Customer, as well as to determine the scheme of works performance by various subcontractors.
Construction control
Site supervisors provide overall coordination and control of separate work stages as well as manage the entire construction process. Work progress is continuously monitored and compared with the planned one. Within the framework of technical supervision the engineers control construction and installation work quality and check building structures and utilities parameters compliance with design data. Continuous information exchange between the site staff and designers ensures timely elimination of possible construction difficulties as well as introduction of modifications into design documentation, if required.
