The XIII International Exhibition "NEFTEGAS-2010" concluded its work on June 25, 2010. Within the framework of the exhibition GC RusGazEngineering specialists took part in the VIII Russian Oil and Gas Congress and held a seminar on APG utilization, having assembled the audience of field companies' experts. A lot of meetings and negotiations were conducted  within 5 days of the exhibition work. The visitors attended RusGasEngineering stand, which took the first place and was evaluated as one of the most original design.

The day program of RusGasEngineering included technical seminars, informal meetings of different field companies' specialists.

The conference brought together the experts from major oil and gas companies such as: Lukoil, Surgutneftegas, NK Rosneft, Samaraneftegas, Gasneftedobycha etc.

In the framework of the Conference GC RusGasEngineering has demonstrated APG treatment plant with hydrodynamic compressor unit, providing for utilization of APG generated at final stage of oil separation and allowing independent fluidjet compression of gas, having various process characteristics and coming from independent process lines, as well as gasoline extraction from gas, water and hydrocarbon liquids phase separation, compressed gas heating and gathering in one multi-functional unit.

At a round table the participants exchanged views on implementation of Russian government resolution N 7 dated January 8, 2009 "On measures to stimulate the reduction of air pollution as a result of APG combustion in flares". According to this resolution APG combustion target in 2012 and subsequent years should be no more than 5% of the produced feedstock volume.

"RusGazEngineering" Company has commissioned the unique facility. Associated gas treatment scheme using hydrodynamic compressor unit that provides for utilization of APG, generated at final stage of oil separation, was designed by R&D specialists and Special design bureau engineers.

For the first time in Russia "RusGazEngineering" group of Companies performed independent fluidjet compression of gas, having various process characteristics and coming from independent process lines, as well as gasoline extraction from gas, water and hydrocarbon liquids phase separation, compressed gas heating and gathering in one multi-functional unit. This technology and design are protected by the patent of the Russian Federation.

"The problem of associated gas utilization is one of the greatest interest and widely discussed in the Government of the Russian Federation. APG treatment level should reach 95% as marked in the President's Letters and RF Prime-Minister reports. "RusGazEngineering" has already had a great experience and potential for APG utilization that was proved by innovative unit start-up", - said Ilshat Valiullin, GC RusGazEngineering Director General in his opening address.

Associated gas treatment plant at Romanovo oil-gathering station was developed and put into operation considering reasonable and fundamental policy of OOO-LUKOIL_KLM Management in careful raw hydrocarbons using and environment protection.
