Deputy Head of the administration in Bugulma and Bugulma region for economy.

Creation of the system for economical monitoring and financial forecasting, forming of the city and the region budget for 1997-1998, increase in revenue side of the budget. Creation of support system for small-scale enterprises in Bugulma, participation in formation of social and economic development program up to 2005.
